I believe two crucial things when it comes to tutoring.
First, I believe that every student has their own unique potential and gifts, and I believe that every student can reach them with the right tools and support.
Second, I believe that when one has goals or desires, the best thing to do is to put everything you have into achieving them.
I have some experience in teaching through my time in Eastern Washington University's Education Program and I also spent a summer tutoring students individually and in groups as part of the Summer School Program at Rogers High School.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in English from Eastern Washington University and I am able to assist students with a variety of topics from Grammar, Literature Analysis, Spelling, Writing Papers, and Reading. I am also most comfortable working with students in an age range from Middle School to College, though I am willing to work with younger students as well.
Finally, I chose to work with Varsity Tutors because I wish to utilize my skills with the English language and literature to help give anyone I work with the skills necessary to achieve their goals and make better lives for themselves.
