My name is Alex and I am a former student from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in human development. I have also received my Master's in Social work and currently work as a social worker in the school system. I believe my educational background has equipped me to not only teach mathematics but more importantly understand how different people learn differently. My education has taught me that kids have very different learning styles and I believe I can help children not only learn the material they need to learn, but I can equip them to learn more efficiently in all of their classes.
