I received my High school diploma from West Linn high school, along with my Bachelor of Science and psychology degree at the University of Oregon. Currently I am taking a year off from school to work while studying and applying to law school. My experience with working with students has been diverse, working with students anywhere from elementary school to college. The subjects that I am currently tutoring are pre-algebra and algebra, English, Writing, Psychology, social sciences, study skills, and organization. My favorite subjects to tutor are writing, psychology, and math. I believe these subjects are ones which people tend to find bland or boring. However, I find it to be the opposite and hope to share the enjoyment I find with these subjects with students that are struggling. I believe every student, regardless of the subject and individuals' capabilities can succeed. With enough effort and help, even the hardest of subjects can become much easier. Outside of tutoring, some of my hobbies include cooking, exercising, soccer, and video games. Other than cooking, each of these hobbies have been a part of my life since I was a kid and continue to partake in them whenever I can. Cooking has been a recent development for me, and I have found a lot of enjoyment and practical use for it. Additionally, I little bit about me is that I like to think I'm a very funny, joking, nonjudgmental, caring, kind, hardworking, and honest individual. I hope that I can have the opportunity to help you and demonstrate the awesome tutor I hope to be!
