I received my Bachelor of Arts in Education at Huston-Tillotson University located in Austin, Texas. I have obtained three masters degrees in Professional Development, Counseling and Education Administration. I have a Ph. D in Philosophy. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of Reading and Language Arts for the grades 1-8. My teaching philosophy is I believe all students can learn. There are different approaches to learning. My passion for education and being a teacher began years ago at the age of 7. We must equip all students to reach their highest potential in whatever they set out to do. I feel that learning should be fun and engaging.
