I have been a nurse for over 14 years. My RN career started in a Emergency Department of a very busy and challenging urban setting. I gained experience and a love for nursing. To me, family is really important so with the birth of my first child, I decided to get an "office" job so that I can spend my nights and weekends with my family. I am currently the stroke coordinator for that same hospital. I love the field of nursing and want to educate the next generation of nurses. For that reason, I recently graduated with my master of nursing education. I look forward answering and educating in all aspects of the nursing profession.
