Hola Ustedes! Hello everyone!

I am a recent graduate from University of Maryland, College Park who majored in Chinese and public relations. I am a Spanish and Chinese teacher in Maryland.

While I am not a native Spanish or Chinese speaker, I have had lots of experience with both languages.

I have learned my Spanish predominantly through school, volunteer trips to El Salvador and a long-term nannying job.

And in addition to Chinese being my major, I was a State Department Critical Language Scholar in Taiwan. During the 7-week program I was only permitted to speak Mandarin.

Something fun about me is that I come from a big family and my "favorite chore" is to dance while I do the dishes. If I am not organizing an event, texting my friends or volunteering abroad, I can be found Latin dancing.
