I am a native-born Chinese woman who is fully acclimated to American culture. While living in the United States, I taught Mandarin Chinese to high school students using remote computer technology as part of my graduate school education. Upon returning to China to complete my Master of Education, I taught Mandarin Chinese to international graduate students. After graduation from Wuhan University, I was employed by Sannew School where I taught Chinese, Mandarin Chinese and Chinese History to 7th grade students. While there, I began a Mandarin Chinese class for my fellow teachers from countries in the Western Hemisphere. I have shared Chinese culture with my students by beginning a Tea Ceremony Club and participating in special events. I am also a qualified administrator of the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK). My goal is to acquire a professional position in which I can share my love of teaching, my knowledge and my culture with others.
