I am an avid beach traveller who enjoys architecture, art, and cuisines from Malta & Gozo, Portugal, Barcelona, Mainland Spain, France, Holland, Cyprus, and Italy. I love language and enjoy learning to read and write everything from Egyptian hieroglyphics to Japanese Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji. I am learning to be fluent in Portuguese and French and improve my beginner level in Hindi, Italian, German, and Japanese. My passions include reading, writing short articles and Sci-Fi stories, music, singing, trying to swim more than three laps successfully, dancing, taking long riverside walks, and playing the guitar, aka, trying to skill up from strumming to using recognisable chords. I enjoy attending classical ballet and opera performances at the ENO and visiting galleries and museums worldwide featuring ancient art and antiquities. I am the founder and operator of The Help Labs Consultancy, a non-profit that helps adults become IT literate, provides bespoke business support, and offers advice, tutoring, training, and support to help young people without qualifications gain academic degrees and employment.
