Certified Tutor

I graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, where I majored in economics and minored in mathematics and statistics. I plan on attending graduate school for math, the subject I'm most passionate about. I don't believe in the idea that some people are inherently bad at math because they are not a "math person." I believe that everyone can learn math with practice and guidance, and as a math tutor, I provide the personal support needed to build a strong math foundation. My ultimate goal is to help my students succeed and obtain the grades they desire. Whether I am teaching middle school Algebra or college Calculus, I hope that my passion for math shows, and that I am able to convey the beauty and usefulness of math to my students. As for hobbies, I am an avid gamer, concert-goer, and perpetual student.
