Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of The University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee. I majored in English Literature. During my first two years of college, I worked as an English Tutor. During my employment, I tutored college students and adult learners in various subject areas, including reading comprehension, writing, and documentation such as resumes and cover letters. In January of 2018, I moved to Tokyo, Japan where I worked as an English teacher in a conversation school. I taught students from age 11 to 65, from junior high school students, to homemakers, hobbyists, and business people. I taught English in two different formats: through a textbook curriculum or through guided conversations as requested by the student. I worked one-on-one to advance student's comprehension of the English language.

In December of 2018, I will relocate back to The United States and continue my teaching career in Bradenton, Florida.
