I have experience tutoring/mentoring across different age groups and subjects, but my specialties are music, pre-algebra, algebra and English. I've taught 3rd grade students how to play the recorder and have taught middle aged non-English speaking students to use Microsoft office.
I graduated from Gordon College in Wenham, MA with a dual bachelor's degree in Music and Biblical Studies in 2017. Upon graduating, I worked in social services for a year, helping and educating clients about the help they can obtain in order to thrive in society.
I am currently working on an Associates degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology at Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology in Boston, MA. My goal is to work in biomedical engineering with a focus on developing affordable medical devices.
My teaching style is praxis-based and centered on teaching one to do for themselves.
