Certified Tutor

Michael graduated from Florida A&M University in 2013 with a degree in Accounting and is currently working as a Senior Financial Analyst for a burgeoning healthcare company in South Florida. Prior to his current job Michael worked for a big four accounting firm in their Risk Consulting Advisory practice.



While in undergrad, Michael studied abroad in Shanghai, China and studied International Accounting and took several extensive Mandarin language courses. Prior to taking the CPA exam, Michael was selected by the AICPA into their Accounting Scholars Leadership program. In addition to tutoring, Michael spends a majority of his time in organizations such as Toastmasters and the AICPA.



Michael was blessed to pass all four parts of the CPA exam without blemish. Upon completing all four parts in less than 5 months while working a full-time job he encouraged his circle of friends to undertake the challenge. He enjoyed helping his buddies with the study material and found tutoring the exam to be a rewarding experience. As it stands 6/8 of his Accounting friends from college are CPA's.
