I'm Scott M. I'm a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Bookkeeper (CB), have a Master's in Accounting, and help small businesses with their accounting and QuickBooks needs. I'm an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for both QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier, and Enterprise) and QuickBooks Online. I create video training courses about QuickBooks and have over 4,600 students! I love teaching and sharing practical examples when it comes to accounting. I know accounting can be a difficult subject to learn, but I believe it can be taught better. I work with business owners and understand that not everybody enjoys or even likes accounting; I get it!:-) I do my best to make it as simple as possible, while still covering vital information.

I'm in the business of helping my business client's get results. Sure, there are times when they have questions about an accounting software, but many times the questions relate to accounting. As an accountant, I work with folks that aren't accountants. They want to understand the accounting behind a transaction. That's when I get the pleasure of teaching about accounting! If I don't teach it right, they won't understand the transaction. As a result, I tend to use a variety of examples when explaining content to make sure the information is learned.
