The most important part of being an early childhood educator is to help each student build the stepping stones to their academic career. As an educator it is my responsibility to make each child feel heard, respected, and engaged in learning. It is also my responsibility to encourage my students to explore new subjects and interest. As an early childhood educator it is my job to find the best way to reach each student and implement those findings into teaching.
