I am currently an active performing guitarist for more than 25 years and have been teaching guitar and bass since 2008. I have taught beginner through advanced students of ages ranging from 7 years old through 75 years old. I enjoy teaching all that I have learned in my life as a musician and find teaching kids especially rewarding. They are the future! I currently perform jazz and gypsy jazz as well as blues/funk and rock. I am proficient in teaching theory and composition as well as ear training. Song structure and learning real world techniques are my main focus. Getting people to play and enjoy it is paramount.
