Certified Tutor

I graduated from Central Washington University in 2017 with a B.S. in mathematics and a B.S. in physics, and am currently working on a PhD in physics. I tutored physics during my time at Central, and have taught labs and given lectures as a graduate student. As someone who struggled at the beginning of his academic career, it is easy for me to relate to those who are at a loss in regard to physics. In high school, I was one of the many students who are heard to say, "I'm just not good at math." Through practice, however, I was able to vastly improve my problem-solving abilities. As a tutor, I want to share this experience with others, and show them that instead of thinking "I'm not good at math," they should think, "I will be good at math."
