I am a Northern Arizona University graduate with a bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Elementary Education. I also have my PS-MAPP certification, acquired in 2009, to foster children and an AA-EE in Elementary Education, acquired in 2008, from Estrella Mountain Community College. I am highly motivated and enthusiastic about providing quality education to all students. I also enjoy coming up with new, innovative ways of engaging parents and students interested in participating in education. I enjoy helping and working with people and providing them with the best support possible. I am reliable and dependable, giving my best and expecting the same from others. I am capable of working independently and I am good at multitasking. I am a fast, enthusiastic learner because I find learning new things challenging and rewarding. I attribute my strong attention to detail on my past experience in accounting positions, which also nurtured my ability to be patient with others and remain calm during stressful situations.

I enjoy reading and writing as I am a published author. I have written several books and one children's book. I enjoy working with people and helping them learn, especially children. I am a humanitarian, so I enjoy really helping people not just giving them lip service. I enjoy traveling to different countries and experiencing diverse cultures. I like visiting model homes and getting fresh interior decorating ideas. I also enjoy sailing and fishing, and I love spending time with my two grandchildren
