Certified Tutor

My name is Michael and I'm a Vanderbilt Junior majoring in Computer Science.
My first experience tutoring was working with young elementary school kids in Chattanooga, TN to improve their reading and reading comprehension skills.

I came to Vanderbilt with the intention of following the Pre-Med track but decided to switch to Computer Science after my first year. Because of my academic background, I hope to tutor Chemistry, Algebra, Calculus/Pre-Calculus, and SAT/ACT prep (including subject tests).

I have a deep interests in these subjects and I hope for the opportunity to share this interest with students who may be struggling. As someone who has needed tutoring before, I'm confident in my ability to work with students and provide them with the help they need.
