I am super excited at the opportunity to work with you. I have some experience tutoring and I really enjoy doing it. I have taught young children elementary level math and have also taught high school students advanced level mathematics, particularly in preparation for the SAT (and ACT, although I have never formally taken one). I am very warm and friendly and think that I can help you or your child learn at an accelerated pace. I graduated from the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College with a 3.95 GPA and a degree in Mandarin and Environmental Studies. According to the official OPI language test, I am an "Advanced Mid" speaker, which means that I am near fluent and am extremely comfortable teaching Mandarin 1.
