I am a strong believer in education and continual education to improve and increase opportunities for achieving life goals.
I have in excess of 35 years of experience in the business arena. I worked a total of 25 years with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation reviewing financial institutions total assets, liabilities, capital structure, policy and procedures, and met with management and the Board of Directors to discuss finding and practices that would improve their processes.
I have a degree in Business Administration with Finance minor. I completed a MBA-Accounting January 2011.

What is your teaching philosophy?
My teaching philosophy is to first communicate with the student regarding the subject and what they consider by their rating the areas of the subject that needs more attention. A young student would require direct communication in understanding their needs. This information will in aid me in my preparation for the tools I will need to achieve the goals.
