Certified Tutor
As a highly ambitious and dedicated tutor, my overall work history embraced some valuable experiences of administrative and technical functions combined with a degree of confidence as well as professional work ethics across diverse industries. Prior to technical enhancements to adapted databases in my current job, I presented many ideas, trained colleagues and new associates on Word and Excel internal processor tools, among coaching new supervisors over departmental processes. However, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. I am eager to make a difference in your life while delivering knowledgeable support where pertinent to career help and office applications. At various employment stages throughout my career path, I occupied administrative, legal, medical, and technical positions across diverse industries such as federal government, hospital, regionally accredited University, state agencies, and lastly corporate environment.
I love tutoring because it is a purposeful mission in favor of my passion. During my undergraduate studies, I tutored other students in algebra aside from taking notes for disabled students who were not able to complete their courses on time. It was a gratifying experience that rewarded me an opportunity to extend my gifts, exercise tolerance, and utilize mathematical, social and technical skills. I enjoy seeing others inspired or motivated, especially when students believe in themselves and do whatever is necessary to achieve short or long-term goals and realize their dreams. I know this to be true, for I live as a surviving witness who continues to persevere against irresistible challenges.

How can you help a student become an independent learner?
I can help a student become an independent learner by allowing him/her to provide feedback from my questions concerning a problem at hand and not just probing him/her about relevant concepts of the topic area.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
I would help a student stay motivated by presenting examples of unresolved questions, yet asking him to reciprocate other examples from his/her understanding.
