I am a Graduate Student at Kean University. I graduated with a Bachelor in Science and I am now pursuing my masters degree in Education. As an undergraduate, I tutored students from different backgrounds for 3 years. My experience includes tutoring on a variety of science and math courses, from College Algebra all the way up to Organic Chemistry.
I am a patient person and I truly enjoy helping out students that struggle grasping a concept. My biggest reward as a tutor is witnessing students' progress and personal satisfaction when they do well in school.

What is your teaching philosophy?
Learning is meant to be fun!
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
I will get to know him or her first before getting into the subject matter. I'd ask him/her about the way they learn best, and I would use their strengths and abilities during the tutoring session.
