I have always loved tutoring. To me, the feeling I get when a student understands a concept they previously struggled with is priceless. I have tutored math and reading at the Boys and Girls club for five years in the past, and I also tutored Algebra 1 for a year when I was in high school. My ultimate goal is to help students get to a point where they feel confident enough about a subject that they can answer questions without any help and feel prepared for their exams. I can't wait to get back into tutoring and helping students reach their potentials!

What is your teaching philosophy?
My teaching philosophy is that I want to help my students be able to fully grasp everything they need to know for a certain subject, so that they can perform well even when I am not present. While I will provide help along the way, guiding a student to build up his/her own skills to be able to understand these questions on his/her own and feel confident while taking tests is my ultimate goal.
