First, I will try to make friends with my students. Secondly, I will give some practice questions for evaluating their currently academic situation. Third, I will make study plans for my students.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
I will give them a personalized study plan according to their academic situations.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
First, I will motivate my student by telling them what advantage they will have if they can learn mathematics or Chinese better. Secondly, I will make my teaching session really interesting.
If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?
I will teach this concept in another way.
