Certified Tutor

I have received both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. I currently work as a mechanical engineer in Reston, VA where I have taken what I learned in school and applied it to my everyday work activities. As a part time job, I have tutored math for family, friends, high school students, and college students. With my work experience I can help show students the importance of math equations and principles. In addition, I understand that each student has a different way of learning, and that is why I am very patient and thorough in my teaching methods. My favorite part of tutoring is the rewarding feeling of helping someone answer a problem correctly on their own.
