Certified Tutor

I've been a tutor for the past five years. I've worked in multiple learning centers, engaging students of all ages with their writing and reading across dozens of subjects. However, what I uniquely bring to tutoring is my enduring interest in ideas. I'm endlessly fascinated with people and their perspectives on life. I know that many assignments rarely encourage students to draw from their experiences and passions; however, it's my job as a tutor to join the mundane and routine elements of education with the parts of life that excites us.

In general, I would describe my tutoring style as patient, thoughtful, conscientious and astute.
