I think that learning is one of the greatest advantages humans have. As a prospective medical student, I know what it is like to sometimes not fully understand a concept or subject. As a student who at first struggled to learn some of the toughest material, I learned from mistakes and shortcomings how to effectively learn and understand any concept. I love to teach people how to tackle a problem, how to truly grasp an idea for a strong foundation, and how to apply these nuanced methods for success.

What is your teaching philosophy?
My philosophy in teaching students is to let them try and solve a problem first, giving them what they need to know. Based on how they perform at their attempt, you could see where they make mistakes and where they could use significant tips and tricks to make sure they truly understand and get the concept henceforth.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the student and find what makes them comfortable, and work on whatever they need more help in by teaching them and constructively tutoring them, not merely by giving them the answer.
