I believe that being a great tutor requires an understanding of a diversity of learning styles and teaching techniques. I believe that one-on-one instruction can help a student find the learning style that works best for them. By exploiting a students strengths and focusing on study techniques, students can find the confidence they need to thrive, even in subject where they once struggled.

In high-school I struggled with organizational skills and study skills. Since that time I have developed skills that work well for me. I believe that with my experience, I can help guide students in developing their own study skills and applying them in different subjects.
