Certified Tutor

I am currently studying mathematics at the University of Kansas where I've worked as a tutor for more than three years. I have professional training and experience in all levels of mathematics from basic counting and addition to AP Calculus BC.

I prefer to take a candid and all-encompassing learning approach with my students, relating the concepts they are studying to real-world phenomena and helping to foster a deeper passion for mathematics. I became fascinated with math at a young age and I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm with others in order to help kindle their curiosity about the world. My goal is to help students understand that math can be intriguing and fun to explore, and mastering its ways are not as hard as they might seem.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing rhythm and dance music games, such as Dance Dance Revolution, and I am also an avid collector of Rubik's Cubes and other "twisty" puzzles.
