I love teaching students of all ages. I earned my BA in English degree from California State University Sacramento in 1998 and have utilized my degree ever since. I have written everything from stage plays to proposals for television shows. I am an adventurous person and have travelled to over 20 countries. I returned a year ago from living and teaching English in South Korea for two years. It was a wonderful experience which satisfied my curiosity of living in a culture very different from my own. I am currently a High School English teacher at a private school in Hollywood. I teach two AP classes and an SAT preparation class. I can help you prepare for the English portion of the SAT, I can help you improve your writing. I also love literature and can help with general essay writing for your classes. My teaching philosophy is no one wants to do what they do not enjoy, so let's find a way to make learning fun.
