Certified Tutor

I received my education on a full scholarship from The New York Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering with focus in Thermodynamics and Flight Vehicle Design.
I have several years of experience tutoring high school and middle school children in Mathematics and Physics. In college I have taught Thermodynamics as a peer tutor, in a one on one setting, helping students achieve better understanding of concepts and providing them with learning tools such as review sheets and step by step problem solutions.
With some team effort, I designed and developed a solar bicycle, capable of harnessing energy through regenerative braking; this project helped me attain more experience in the fields of Robotics and Construction. I believe that with the right tools and patience, one can solve complex quantitative problems by simply breaking them down into easy steps. I make sure that my students have clear understanding of each step I teach and I am able to identify an individual's learning style and mold my teaching methods to best suit their abilities.
In my free time I enjoy prototyping on my 3D printer, playing soccer and watching movies.
