Certified Tutor

I am currently a third year student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at San Diego State University. I hope to use my degree to join the aviation industry in order to design airplane components. I have the most experience with tutoring high school students, but I always enjoy helping younger students as well. I have experience in tutoring Physics, Math, and Science. My favorite subject is definitely Physics, because Physics examines how things in the real world like cars and planes work. I like to use real-world examples to help relate the basic concepts behind ideas, and I think that understanding the concept is much more important than simple memorization.
Outside of my studies, I love playing ultimate frisbee, snowboarding, hiking and pretty much any other outdoor activity.
