As a teacher with over 17 years experience it is important for me to know what "works" for my students. Sometimes I know right away while other times it takes a considerable amount of work. It is my belief that when a student sees that you care about their success they will go that extra mile and accomplish things they never though possible. I enjoy helping students achieve there goals.

In the state of Virginia I am certified in middle grades English and math along with my certification as a K-12 special education teacher. I hold a bachelors degree in marketing, masters in special education and a specialist degree in high education administration. I have taught many places including Texas, Washington state, Tennessee and Florida. Teaching is my life.
