Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of the University of Houston-Clear Lake. I received my Bachelor of Arts in
Biological Sciences, Masters of Science in Biological Sciences and Masters of Science in Environmental Chemistry. I hold Texas teaching certifications in Life Science and Chemistry as well as Gifted and Talented. While I have taught 8th grade science, chemistry, pre-ap chemistry, AP chemistry, college anatomy & physiology and college chemistry, chemistry at all levels is my favorite subject. I have had the honor of working with NASA for many years in the development of science and math content based on the space shuttle and space station. In addition, I have developed curriculum for the sciences with an education service center in chemistry, biology and physics. I have a true passion for education and providing students with a real world and engaging approach to what they are learning. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling (especially the Caribbean), gardening and spending time with my family.
