I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I grew up dancing and acting, and I began teaching dance in order to pay for my own dance classes while I was studying dance at San Francisco State University. I discovered how much I love instructing students and eventually went back to school for my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with BCLAD from CSU East Bay. Teaching has also given me amazing opportunities to travel to Oaxaca, Mexico, and Barranquilla, Colombia, where I taught various age groups and subject matter. I am a native Spanish speaker and specialize in tutoring Spanish of all levels to all age groups. Over the years, I have learned how to relate to my students and be sure that they are retaining material to gain confidence in understanding and speaking Spanish.
