William: Windsor tutor
Certified Tutor
During Medical School I was an excellent student and I volunteered at The Red Cross Association where I learned about first aid, prevented care, and of course health. From this I developed a deep interest in the community work which I did with much effort, perseverance, and dedication.
I graduated with excellent grades and started immediately working as a general practitioner in public hospitals in Colombia. In addition, I gave lectures and conferences on how to promote and prevent diseases in our community. I realized that I had the ability and willingness needed to teach, explain, and disseminate information that I learned in Anatomy, Biology, Physiology, Pathology through my college days and career.
I am currently taking the USMLE exams in order to do my residency in Internal Medicine. I have worked as a medical assistant as well as volunteered in different hospitals in New York and New Jersey. I consider myself a very honest, prepared, motivated, and patient person and I am willing to share the knowledge acquired to help those who really need it.
My tutorial style is best on a one on one basis. I emphasize my points with visual aids whenever possible. I am bilingual and I can explain in English or Spanish. I am constantly reviewing and studying journals and textbooks so that I am current with my teaching materials.
