While I have traveled around the professional world, I always return to teaching and training. I firmly believe that if you have a strong foundation in teaching philosophies and principles and the willingness to pursue professional development opportunities, you can achieve the most awesome teacher title. I have two basic ideals I like to follow: 1. Stimulate as many senses as possible when teaching to get the message home and 2. Use a higher order of questioning, such as Bloom's Taxonomy (especially analysis, synthesis and evaluation).
