About Me

I am currently a student at Cornell University. I am working towards a BS in Biometry and Statistics. I hope to someday go to Medical School. Previously, I tutored middle school and high school students with the "Boys and Girls Club" in many subject areas from Chemistry to Statistics. Also, I led private sessions for high school students in my hometown community. I am most passionate about tutoring Mathematics. I am best in Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Statistics and Geometry, but I can tutor other areas of Mathematics as well. I look forward to assisting students in the Math sections of the SAT as well. In working with students, I found that students enjoy what they are learning once they understand the material. I hope to instill additional study skills and tactics in tutoring. My biggest teaching philosophy is the importance of hard work as it is paramount to success. In my free time I like playing basketball, going out to get food, running, and fishing.
