Celeste is a Certified Children's Yoga Instructor and Educator who has taught in NYC schools and various, diverse educational settings. It was her love of yoga and teaching experience that began at Penn State University that led Celeste to combine her passion for teaching and yoga by offering yoga in schools and children's yoga.

Celeste is committed to sharing the mind- body connection of yoga to build awareness, increase focus, and foster happy, healthy lives. Celeste believes in yoga and mindfulness for everyONE and everyBODY. Classes are offered for all ages and abilities. Each class incorporates breathing and movement techniques to support the whole child- cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
