About Me
It was her love of yoga and teaching experience that began at Penn State University that led Celeste to combine her passion for teaching and yoga by offering yoga in schools and children's yoga. Celeste believes in yoga and mindfulness for everyONE and everyBODY. Classes are offered for all ages and abilities. Each class incorporates breathing and movement techniques to support the whole child- cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development. You already have everything you need for yoga- your body and breath!
