I graduated from Williams College with a Bachelor???s Degree in Arabic Studies in June 2017 and will pursue a Master???s of Philosophy in Modern Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Oxford in October.
I have seven years of experience teaching and tutoring. In high school, I tutored middle school students after school and over the summer in Math & Reading. More recently, I have taught English classes for non-native speakers in Egypt and during weekly Skype sessions. I have enjoyed helping some of my students prepare for the TOEFL test. I also can teach Arabic to native English speakers!
As I went through the college admissions process not too long ago, I remember how rigorous and stressful taking the SAT and ACT can be. Knowing that writing and critical reading are my strengths, I committed to math tutoring to review certain concepts and to build my confidence. I wish to share my enthusiasm for and conviction in the benefits of standardized test prep with my students!
