I have a passion for writing, telling stories, and helping others find a voice to do the same. I have a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, focusing on drama and literature. I encourage students to engage in thoughtful discussions about their assignments in order to find their voice when writing or speaking. When students have a personal investment in what they are doing, they not only want to learn, but actually retain what they learn and have fun doing it!
