I am a current middle school science teacher. Helping others is something that I love to do and always found myself wanting to explain something to someone that I felt needed help.

I'm certified History 7-12 in the state of TN and history is my passion! I want to share my love for this subject and to help students see the relevancy and repetition of history.

I'm originally from El Salvador. I have been teaching in Tennessee for 16 years. I graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with minor in Education. I also received my Master in Education from Austin Peay University. I love teaching Spanish at the High School level. I love to travel to different countries, I exercise, and I love to spend time with family and friends.

I am a graduate of Austin Peay State University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Studies, as well as my Masters of Arts in Teaching. I have been teaching High School Spanish for the past 5 years. I enjoy teaching Spanish 1 and 2 and I try to make learning Spanish as fun as possible. In my undergrad, I lived in Spain for a summer. In my spare time, I enjoy speaking Spanish, traveling, working out, and playing with my golden retriever.

I am excited to continue working with students through Varsity Tutors! My areas of expertise are algebra, geometry, environmental science, ecology, and organismal biology.

I am currently working towards a Master's degree in Database Analytics.
