I am a medical student in my final year of training at NYU. I grew up just outside of Pittsburgh, PA, graduated from Penn State University in 2009 with a bachelors degree in Biology, and have been living in Manhattan for the past four years. I currently live in the East Village, a neighborhood packed with coffee shops, bars, live music, and just a generally awesome Hispanic/artsy culture.

I'm interested in helping students as they work through their own struggles to grasp key concepts in their math and science courses.

I am a third grade teacher. I have been teaching for seven years grades K-6 and I have loved each bunch! My favorite subjects to teach are Reading, Writing, and Math. I graduated from Penn State (We Are!) with a degree in Elementary Education in 2007 and earned my Master's degree in K-5 Mathematics in 2010. I am married and have one beautiful daughter.
