About Me

Hello, I'm Chris, I have 25 years of experience teaching college courses in biology and mathematics, as well as upper-level biostatistics. I have a Master's Degree in Botany and Plant Pathology and Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Mathematics. I also have four decades of experience with tutoring college students one-on-one and in small groups. My goal is to help students fully understand both theory and practical application of concepts through engagement with the material. I am excited about teaching these subjects and love to share that excitement with my students to help them excel at mastering their studies. I strongly believe that in order to learn something well, it is important to repeat working with material and continually assess one's understanding until mastery is demonstrated. I have the skills and patience to help you along your journey.
