About Me

Professionally, in addition to my full-time faculty responsibilities, I taught review courses both onsite and online for Kaplan Test Prep. I was honored as the Best Kaplan Test Prep Instructor in the Southeast Region during this time. Additionally, I worked as the Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner Clinician for several years in a Medical Spa. Adult Learners can and should enjoy and even laugh while learning or studying for professional licensure or certification goals. I approach tutoring with the belief that you DID learn your theory content, and what usually needs to be further developed are the skills to break down exam questions in ways that improve clarity and facilitate your success. During my sessions, we practice using a structured framework to break down exam questions in ways that have proven successful in helping others achieve their academic and professional goals.
