About Me

I've been a nurse for 10 years and starting working in OB right away. Women's health has always been a passion of mine. I graduated with my BSN in 2017 from WGU and my MSN in Nursing Education in 2018. I've been teaching ever since. I started teaching LPN students, then moved on to ASN and BSN students. I'm currently a nursing professional development practitioner at a local women's hospital. I absolutely love teaching and do miss the classroom. I work to guide students to the correct answer, not just give it to them. Nursing requires critical thinking and breaking down questions is the best way to develop these skills. NCLEX coaching, OB, pediatrics, pharmacology and fundamentals are my strongest subjects.
