About Me

I am a PhD student in Educational Policy, with a Master's degree in Quantitative Methods, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I have 3 years of experience tutoring psychology statistics, and 2 years of experience as a Graduate TA for research methods. I am to the core a research nerd, and feel excited about completing my PhD and conducting education research to inform policy. While my work in policy is on a larger scale, there is nothing quite like having an impact on students directly. My tutoring philosophy is rooted in empowering students to take control of their learning experience, and to ultimately gain the confidence in themselves to succeed.
