I have taught for over eleven years and tutored for nine. I have worked with students from grades K through college, as well as professional adults. My tutoring and teaching subjects include English, Writing, Creative Writing, Poetry, Reading, Human Services, Social Services, Global Social Services, Small Business Development, Personal Finance, Life Skills, Women's Health, Sexual Harassment, Management, and Life Coach. My favorite subject to tutor is Personal Finance. I enjoy this the most because this is one area that everyone, including children should know and understand. It is a necessity for self-sufficiency. My teaching philosophy and tutoring style include learning plans, student-centered, active listening, active learning, and critical thinking.

My personal hobbies are reading, teaching, walking, traveling, bowling, horseback riding, basketball, baking, and cooking.
