About Me

I'm a youth educator, researcher, and artist. I've taught in a variety of learning spaces from living rooms and community centers to classrooms. On the subject of writing, reading and literacy I've worked with students in 1st grade and 5th through undergraduate college. I enjoy people, yoga, nature, and nurturing the creativity and desire to learn in others. I truly believe learning should be a joyous process. As a student of English literature, Creative Writing and Cultural Studies my experiences have taught me that the connection, creativity, and care fostered through striving to reach new understandings and ways of knowing is endlessly rewarding. I graduated a four-time awarded fellow, Phi Beta Kappa member, and high honors student from the City College of New York in 2019. I'm looking forward to tutoring you and helping you to achieve your goal!
