He received his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Florida International University (FIU). He teaches several mechanical engineering courses such as fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, statics, dynamics, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC), and also CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit and modeling software such ANSYS-FLUENT. Highly skilled in teaching, tutoring and counselling, with more than seven years of experience as an instructor and teaching assistant with more than three years of industrial experience. His published works include a book ''Entropy generation in transitional boundary layers'', 40 peer-reviewed journal and more than 20 conference papers which already have been cited more than 800 times. He has received five significant awards inrecognition of his scientific efforts which include a University Wide Scholarship and four SGAgraduate scholarships.
